PROTEIN WAFFLES

Ingredients:

75g self raising flour (I used gf)

  • 30g protein powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 160ml plant milk

Method:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together apart from baking powder.

  2. Add in milk and whisk.

  3. Once it is all mixed together, stir in baking powder.

  4. Wipe down waffle machine with oil and heat.

  5. Add mixture and allow it to cook.

  6. Serve and enjoy :)
