🍌BANANA OAT PANCAKES🍌

Fancy a switch up from your bowl of oats? Give this a go🥰


Using soy milk and not including oil:



Ingredients:

✨50g mashed banana

✨60g Myvegan instant oats (or oat flour - blend up oats)

✨30g Myvegan salted caramel soy isolate

✨140-150ml plant milk

✨1/2 tsp baking powder

✨Optional Myvegan flavour drops

✨Oil for pan


Method:

Mix all ingredients together (or blend), heat pan to high and add oil (I use coconut), turn down to med/high, add mixture, flip, serve and top!


I topped with soy yoghurt and granola!
