Fancy a switch up from your bowl of oats? Give this a go🥰

Using soy milk and not including oil:


50g mashed banana

60g Myvegan instant oats (or oat flour - blend up oats)

30g Myvegan salted caramel soy isolate

140-150ml plant milk

1/2 tsp baking powder

Optional Myvegan flavour drops

Oil for pan


Mix all ingredients together (or blend), heat pan to high and add oil (I use coconut), turn down to med/high, add mixture, flip, serve and top!

I topped with soy yoghurt and granola!
