BBQ BLACK BEANS AND “CHEESY” CAULIFLOWER RICE

These are great additions to a yummy nourish bowl!😍


✨BBQ BLACK BEANS✨


- 1 tin of black beans

- 1 red pepper or any veggies

- 1/2 small onion (or a large handful of frozen chopped onion)

- 1 heaped tsp chopped garlic

- 1/2 tsp chilli

- 1/2 tsp paprika

- 4 tsp liquid smoke

- 1 tsp soya sauce/tamari

- 3 tbsp bbq sauce

- 1.5 tbsp tomato purée


1. Drain and wash black beans

2. Add oil then onion to frying pan, then garlic.

3. Add black beans and red pepper and allow them to cook for 5minutes or so. Add the rest of the ingredients along with a splash of water for extra sauciness and S+P.


✨CHEESY CAULI RICE✨


- 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice (I used Tesco’s)

- 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast

- 1/4 tsp turmeric

- 1/2 tsp garlic granules

- Black pepper + salt


1. Microwave cauliflower bag

2. Add to an oven proof dish along with the rest of ingredients

3. Place in the oven for 5-10min on 180C.

👉🏼Can just cook it all in a pan!!
