A fun, high protein breakfast!👏🏼
Ingredients:
✨50g oats
✨50g banana
✨30g protein (Myvegan salted caramel*)
✨100ml soya milk
✨50-75ml water
✨1/2 tsp baking powder
✨1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
✨1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
1. Blend up all ingredients apart from baking powder then mix it in after blended.
2. Heat pan to high with some oil, turn down to medium heat and pour on mixture into one giant pancake shape.
3. Flip over once cooked.
4. Add toppings and enjoy!!
My toppings were: white choc peanut butter (pb2, water, Myvegan white choc drops), bananas, frozen raspberries, blueberries and @sweetfreedomuk choc syrup.
