🥕CARROT CAKE PROTEIN MUFFINS🥕

Super high in protein with almost 23g of protein per muffin!!


For one muffin without choc chips:


For two large muffins:

✨30g grated carrot

✨60g mashed banana

✨50g Myvegan carrot cake protein powder

✨60g Myvegan instant oats (or oat flour/blended oats)

✨150ml soya milk

✨1 tsp apple cider vinegar

✨1 tsp baking powder

✨Additions: 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 5g white choc chips, 12 Myvegan vanilla flavour drops


👉🏼Mix all ingredients together, add any additions that you would like & choc chips on top and place in the oven in a lined muffin tray at 180C for 25-30min!
