HOISIN DUCK WRAPS🥒

A great high protein easy lunch! You can also meal prep it in advance🙌🏼



Ingredients:

80-100g Linda McCartney frozen duck

Cucumber, spinach, any other veg

Hoisin sauce

1 wrap

Oil for pan


Method:

Add oil to pan and once heated, add shredded duck and cook accordingly

Add tsp of hoisin sauce to pan and mix together

Put spinach and chopped cucumber onto the wrap, add duck and an extra bit of hoisin sauce

Wrap the wrap😂
