Miso Peanut Stir Fry Sauce

I like to use tofu for this but you can switch it up however you like with vegan chicken, or even non vegan choices!! This is also a low calorie, high protein option for those that are on a fat loss journey!

For one serving…

Ingredients for sauce:

✨3 tbsp light soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

✨1.5 tsp miso paste

✨2 tsp peanut butter powder (PB2)

✨Sprinkle of garlic granules and ginger (optional)

✨2 tbsp hot water

👉🏼Stir fry veggies tofu cubes (I used smoked tofu) and veggies of choice then whisk together sauce and add in, simple as that!! Add more water if needed.
