🌱POKE SALAD BOWL🌱
Great for meal prepping and a tasty summer lunch!

This recipe serves 3 or 2 very hungry people!
FOR THE TOFU:
- 225g smoked tofu.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce/tamari
- 1/4 tsp garlic granules.
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder.
- 1/2 tsp paprika.
Cooked in the pan with some oil.
FOR THE DRESSING:
- 2 tbsp tahini.
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce.
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules.
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder.
- Nice squeeze of lime.
All mixed together with some water to make desired consistency.
Then, I built my bowl! 🙌🏻🌈
I recommend adding cut up nori seaweed which you can buy as sheets at most supermarkets! It adds a lovely flavour, like sushi! :)
