Great snack that lasts all week with a little boost of protein!

9 servings in a loaf. For one slice:

I used:

3 mashed ripe bananas

70g protein powder (you can use any flavour, you may also want to add extra wee bit or cocoa powder if your protein isn’t that chocolatey)

200g SR flour (I used GF)

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

60g Alpro yoghurt

8-10 toffee flavour drops (optional)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

175ml unsweetened soya milk

Cooked it covered in tin foil for 45min then 5-10min uncovered in a 150C oven. Then, once cooled I drizzled it in @sweetfreedomuk choc sauce and sprinkled some hemp seeds.
