Great snack that lasts all week with a little boost of protein!
9 servings in a loaf. For one slice:
✨3 mashed ripe bananas
✨70g protein powder (you can use any flavour, you may also want to add extra wee bit or cocoa powder if your protein isn’t that chocolatey)
✨200g SR flour (I used GF)
✨1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
✨60g Alpro yoghurt
✨8-10 toffee flavour drops (optional)
✨1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
✨175ml unsweetened soya milk
Cooked it covered in tin foil for 45min then 5-10min uncovered in a 150C oven. Then, once cooled I drizzled it in @sweetfreedomuk choc sauce and sprinkled some hemp seeds.
