My go to if I want fluffy pancakes that are packed with protein 💪🏼
For 3 pancakes, no toppings:
Reicpe for 3:
✨75g self raising flour (I used GF)
✨30g Myvegan soy isolate
✨150ml plant milk (add a tad more if needed, I used unsweetened soy)
✨1/4 tsp baking powder
✨Optional flavour drops, choc chips, vanilla essence etc.
Makes 3 thick pancakes!! I made two batches for this stack.
I used vegan mini marshmallows, choc drizzle and GF crushed hob nobs & strawberries on top 💕
