This is super TASTY😍😍

Adjust rice and chicken to suit your macros!

Makes one serving❤️


15g tahini

20-25g rose harissa paste

Veggies: red pepper, sugar snap, frozen edamame beans

Squeeze of lemon

Sprinkle of cumin

Chopped garlic (I used frozen)

Oil for pan

100g vegan chicken (I used this uk) Rice to serve with (I had jasmine)


👉🏼Heat pan to high/medium, add oil then add veggies and garlic, cook for 5-10min

👉🏼Add chicken

👉🏼Add harissa and tahini along with a splash of water, squeeze of lemon and cumin (I used approx 1/4 tsp cumin) to a little bowl and mix. Then, add to pan!

👉🏼Add more water to get your desired consistency and add s&p to suit own taste. 👉🏼Serve with whatever you fancy! I had it with jasmine rice
