One of our favourite meals! You can really customise this to you too!
- In a pan add vegan duck (Linda McCartney frozen) and garlic oil and some hoisin sauce
- Boil rice
- Using a peeler, shred some purple cabbage
- Using a peeler, peel some cucumber slices and roll them up
- Mash avocado and season
- Cut up some nori sushi sheets using scissors
- Optional, steam some gyozas (Istu vegan chicken ones are sooo good)
Then, build your bowl!
You can really customise this to YOU and make it however you like but this is my favourite way to make the bowl.
