Ingredients:
✨100g Myvegan instant oats (or oat flour/blended oats)
✨60g Myvegan salted caramel soy isolate
✨100g mashed banana (approx 1 banana)
✨145ml unsweetened soya milk
✨1/4 tsp baking powder
✨Choc chips and vegan marshmallows
✨Myvegan flavour drops
✨Optional: cinnamon
Method:
👉🏼Simply mix all ingredients together and add onto a lined baking tray in 6 cookie shapes, I find rolling them into balls and flattening with my fingers works best!
👉🏼Pop into a 180C oven for 15min-20min or until slightly golden.
