🍜SESAME NOODLES🌶

One of my boyfriends favourites!! If you like the spice you’ll love this. If you don’t- adjust the amount of chilli and sriracha hehe ❤️


SERVES TWO

Over 21g of protein per serving!!


Not including veggies or oil for pan:


Ingredients for sauce:

✨1 tbsp sesame oil

✨2 tbsp tahini

✨1 tbsp sriracha sauce

✨3 tbsp soy sauce

✨1/4 tsp garlic granules

✨1 tsp sweet chilli sauce

✨Optional chilli flakes/powder


Other:

✨120g vegan beef strips (taste & glory)

✨2 portions of rice noodles (I use two nests which is 45g each)

✨Veggies (tenderstem, carrot finely chopped in strips

✨Onion and garlic granules (or the real thing lol I’m lazy sometimes and they work great)


  1. Chop veggies and fry in a pan with drizzle of sesame oil then add garlic and onion.

  2. Add beef and cook accordingly.

  3. Cook noodles.

  4. Add in half the sauce then the cooked noodles with the rest of the sauce. Also mix in some water if needed!

  5. YUM
